Welcome to my Podcast Page. I wanted to give something back to the Wonderful NHS Tean and specifically the Atrium Health Centre in Coventry, where I attended my 8 week cardio Rehabillitation Classes.
I was happy to give up my own time to attend the centre in Coventry to record the Podcast in the hope it helps other Cardiac patients start there own recovery.
